After trailing around the shops on Monday looking for things to spend my birthday money on – I bought two jumpers and a Lush Pumkin Bath Bar (why is it when you have no money the shops are full of lovely things to buy and then when you have money to spend there seems to be nothing that you want) my legs were aching. I decided to rest my weary legs by lying on the sofa, eating a piece of birthday cake and checking Twitter when I saw that the lovely Toni from Oh Hey Tone had nominated me for The Versatile Blogger Award!

I have always wanted to go to New York at Christmas time so I can see the shops all done up. Americans do Halloween and Christmas far better than us Brits!
